Held at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel, the ceremony honored companies that continue to raise the bar in quality, innovation, customer service, and brand trust. “These awards are not just symbolic—they are earned,” said Agnes Alowo, Chief Operations Officer at Consumer Publications Uganda Limited. “Our process begins with independent market research and ends with public voting. The result? A genuine reflection of the brands Ugandans believe in.” A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Excellence in Investment Leadership Award to Hon. Evelyn Anite, Minister of State for Privatization and Investment, for her outstanding role in growing Uganda’s private sector and strengthening its regional economic influence. “Today, Uganda is no longer a supermarket for the world—we are exporting to the world’s supermarkets,” Hon.
